FAQ’S

How do I send my bereavement flowers?
The flowers are best posted the day after the funeral or as close after, to ensure your flower preservation goes as well as possible.

Please keep your flowers in water.

How long do the flowers last when they are preserved?
They should last for years to come. With any natural product you may see some changes such as fading over time. We advise you to keep the print out of direct sunlight or any moisture heated rooms.

Can all flowers be preserved and pressed?
Flowers that do not preserve well are Dahlias, Lilies, Thistles and Gerbera. Upon confirmation we will contact you to discuss your flowers to ensure these can be pressed and preserved. Some white flowers may turn brown when pressed but I will do my very best to avoid this so I recommend sending a variety of your flowers as well as foliage.

How long does the preservation take?
It usually takes around 12 weeks.
