FAQ’S
How do I send my bouquet?
The bouquet is best posted the day after your wedding or as close to your wedding day, to ensure your flower preservation goes as well as possible. Please keep your flowers in water post wedding day. This helps your flowers preserve to the highest of standards. If your flowers are being sent out on a bank holiday please be aware of Royal Mail delivery changes and book a different courier through https://www.parcel2go.com
How long do the flowers last when they are preserved?
They should last for years to come. With any natural product you may see some changes such as fading over time. We advise you to keep the print out of direct sunlight or any moisture heated rooms.
Can all flowers be preserved and pressed?
Flowers that do not preserve well are Dahlias, Lilies, Thistles and Gerbera. Upon confirmation we will contact you to discuss your bouquet flowers to ensure these can be pressed and preserved. Some white flowers may turn brown when pressed but I will do my very best to avoid this so I recommend sending a variety of your flowers as well as foliage.
Can I request a refund?
We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible. However, once your preservation booking is confirmed and your slot is secured, we are unable to offer a refund. This is because we reserve specific time and space in our diary exclusively for your lovely flowers, ensuring we can give them the attention and care they deserve.
We kindly ask that customers ensure their flowers reach us in the best possible condition, as it is your responsibility to do so. Additionally, please be aware that once the slot is secured, we may not be able to accommodate other clients during this time. We really appreciate your understanding.
How long does the preservation take?
It usually takes around 12 weeks.
